I design practical and beautiful user interfaces, icons and websites. I love drawing logos and typefaces and writing stories. Myers-Briggs identifies me as an INTJ type. This is labelled the “Rational Mastermind”, but that sounds way too much like a Bond villain, so just take me as I am, okay?
Employment
- 2012— I start work at Nordaaker in Oslo, Norway, as a designer and web nerd.
- 2011. Incorporation of my freelance work. Rob Mientjes, now a business too.
- 2008–2011. Floorplanner, Rotterdam. Design for the website and collateral.
- 2010. Internship at Nordaaker, Oslo. Designed websites and iPhone and iPad apps.
- 2004—. Freelance design for a range of clients. Mostly identity, web, UX and apps.
